This is the second bad review I will leave for them, Because they scammed me, last time I spoke to them, Edna yelled at me over the phone telling me I was never going to be happy, very unprofessional, but I am happy now that I found a better orthodontist. The doctor here sucks and he was always late to all my appointments he would show up always on a rush, in other occasions left me waiting for hours and then would send me home and then reschedule me for a different day because he was not going to make it. their aligners suck and are cheap. The doctor ruined my teeth multiple times. He never explained anything much to me. This place is a nightmare. Your smile is very important please go to a different place a more professional one, with a doctor that actually cares. Wish I could get my money back, atleast. Almost $3,000 wasted and my smile ruined. He sucks should be ashamed of yourself and all the fake reviews you guys keep putting for yourselves. This place will get shut down eventually

The only good techs that actually listen to what you need and what you are feeling is Brad and another young lady with beautiful black curly hair, love them. The doctor sucks, basically scammed me out of finishing my care due to me being 8 months pregnant at the time and refused to do an x-ray as pregnant women are told not to do so by ALL OBGYN providers. Then gave me retainers that cut up my gums and they absolutely did not fix it when I called time and time again to try and see if the situation can be rectified I was told it was my issue not theirs and to go continue care elsewhere. I hope brad and the pretty girl with curls found a better Dr. to work under!

I had a perfect experience here the entire time I had my braces, from start to finish. Dr. Lach is fantastic, and his staff is equally amazing 🤩 I usually had Brad and Caroline (Carolina?) help me during my 8-week appts, and I can’t say enough good things about either of them; they are gentle and caring. But I gotta say the desk/appt staff is just as great and super helpful! My teeth look amazing! Thanks and appreciation to all of you 🫶🏻

I just arrived home after sitting in the office waiting for my daughter to have her braces removed. My daughter has been a patient there for almost 5 years. In that time, I have seen many faces. TODAY!!!! I had one of the people tell me I needed to have a form notarized before having her braces off. Um HELLO...If the retainer was there, obviously this step had been fulfilled. When I was about to leave at the last visit, they asked me to fill out the form and have it notarized next door. Oh, but Edna wasn't having it. She decided to inform me that regardless, they didn't have the form in her file. Not my problem. She decided to argue with me...not very professional EDNA!! Thank god for Brad. He was there the day I was asked to fill out the form and witnessed me giving it to the receptionist. Edna...shame on you. Customer Service is not an easy job and not everyone should do it. Even her file was noted that the paperwork was received. I'm not leaving a star review based on today's issue. Dr. Lach has always been very professional and any staff that I have ever encountered. One bad seed doesn't affect the rest. Thank you Brad for always being friendly and professional. 9/18/25...My daughters retainer became deformed and I asked for someone to contact me. No one has responded to my text. I need her permanent retainer too. Please have someone call me. This isn't very professional. I did call 1st and was told to text.
