This policy outlines the terms regarding returns and refunds for services and subscriptions on the Injury Assistance Network platform.
Provider Subscriptions
Provider subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no prorated refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.
Boost Packages
Advertising boost packages are non-refundable once activated. If a boost cannot be delivered due to a technical issue on our end, a credit or refund may be issued at our discretion.
Free Trial Period
If applicable, providers who cancel during a free trial period will not be charged. After the trial period ends, the standard subscription billing cycle begins.
